Feđa Šehović

Feđa Šehović was born in 1930. He comes from a Partisan family. As an 11 year old boy, thanks to his uncle, he joined the Partisan movement. After the Second World War he studied in Zagreb and was involved in artistic and intellectual circles. He became an acknowledged artist in Yugoslavia and for a time he was the Stage Director of the Croatian National Theatre in Split. During the siege of Dubrovnik he shared the destiny of the city’s population. He retired in 1996 and today lives in Konavle.
