Đivo Dražić

Đivo Dražić was born in 1972 in Dubrovnik. During the time of Yugoslavia his family experienced a degree of repression, although he grew up largely unaffected by that. At the beginning of the war in the Dubrovnik area he was about to go to university; that was postponed due to the beginning of the siege of Dubrovnik. After the situation calmed down somewhat, in February 1992 he finally went to Zadar to start his studies. At the time, Zadar suffered regular shelling. He was a witness to wartime in Zadar. He later returned to Dubrovnik where he lives to this day. He works in restoration.
