Ante Perković

Ante Perković was born in 1973 in Zadar. He is a freelance journalist, a publicist, a rock-music critic and a musician. At the beginning of the war in the 1990s he was an 18 year old boy preparing to study politics in Zagreb. His memories of war partly consist of life in Zadar under shelling, and partly of his student life in Zagreb. Whilst a student in Zagreb, he started collaborating with some of the alternative print media. He followed the music scene in Croatia vociferously. He is the author of several books and he writes articles for various publications. He is also involved with music and has released several albums.
